2 Eggs
¼ tsp Salt ½ cup Jakeman’s Maple Syrup 2/3 cup chopped walnuts/raisins 1 cup brown sugar 2 tsp vinegar 6 tbsp melted butter
Method: Beat eggs, only until yolks and whites are well blended. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and maple syrup, mixing well. Add melted butter and walnuts/raisins. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 min. or more. 1½ recipes fills 2 dozen large tarts. |
