| Godelie's Vegetable Medley |

This is a European favourite using fresh produce from the Godelie Family Farm in Otterville. 4 potatoes, quartered Onion and or leek, diced 2 carrots, diced Cabbage, diced Couple of celery stalks, chopped ¼ turnip, chopped Put the vegetables into a large stock pot. If you have a ham bone, add it for more flavour. Add about an inch of water. Bring to a boil and keep stirring until the vegetables are soft. Remove from heat and drain any excess liquid. It can be served as is or mashed together. |
