We like to change our menu every day. The only thing that stays the same is that we use produce from local producers. Start your country breakfast with yogurt made right in Oxford County and fresh fruit from just down the road:

raspberries, apples, strawberries, blueberries or cantaloupe ….or whatever is in season! My muffins are made with local fruit too. Waffles, French toast or pancakes are also made with local products. We serve them with maple syrup from the nearby Amish community and our own bacon. Should you prefer an egg dish we use eggs from the local farmer, they are as fresh as they come. Bread is chosen from the local bakeries in Burgessville or Norwich and the deli meat comes from the local butcher. Soon Oxford County will have its own artisanal cheese-maker where we can get our cheese. Top up your toast with home-made preserves.Zeelandia B & B
