Executive Chef Michael Davies C.C.C. has a real passion for food! He received classical training at George Brown College. His accomplishments include Interprovincial Red Seal, Certified Chef de Cuisine. He apprenticed at Benmiller Inn, Goderich. In Stratford, Michael worked at the Church Restaurant and Key Stone Alley Café, as well as the Convention Centre Vancouver. A familiar face on television cooking shows, he has also been featured in magazines and travel books such as Where to Eat in Canada, Colio Winerys Estate Featured Calendar, and the London Gold Plate Award for best area restaurant. In his leisure, Michael travels around the globe eating in high end establishments for culinary knowledge (e.g. The Famous Savoy Hotel in London England).
